Installation:
Login to your Website’s WordPress Dashboard
Click « Appearance »Then « Themes »
Then the tab at the top « Upload Theme »
Choose the zip file inside of the provided zip file and upload & activate!

Use the Sample Content to make things a bit easier:
In your WordPress Dashboard, Click « Tools »
Then « Import »
Select the « WordPress » Choice »
Install & Activate »
Head back to « Import »
Select the provided Sample Content XML File
Enjoy!
